Submitting an IT Helpdesk Service request (ticket)

All services on this page are pretty self explanatory

Classroom Audio & Visual Systems will be used for the 2 wall mounted TVs

Computers, Workstations, & Software is for problems with installed software or the hardware itself

After clicking on one of the services look for a big blue “Request Service” button on the right: 

Fill out the form (you can even include a screenshot)
