In Microsoft Teams, LCC staff is able to communicate with University of Oregon staff in private team chats. Here is how to set it up:
- Open Microsoft Teams on a Windows or Macintosh computer.
- Click Teams on the left column
- Click "Join or create team" in the upper right corner.
- Click "Create Team"

- Click "Other"
- Click "Use this template"
- Click "Private"
- Give your team a name. Description is optional. Then click "Create"
- Wait for the team to be created, then in the Add Members screen, paste the University of Oregon email address you would like to add. You will be prompted to add the staff member as a guest. Click the prompt, then click "Add".

- The U of O staff member will be sent an email inviting them to join your team.
