Eaglesoft SmartDocs not opening

NOTE: This is a per user setting, so each person that logs in has to do this setting

1. Open Word (can be a new, blank document or an existing one)

2. Click on File

3. Click on Options (May need to maximize screen or click more)

4. In Options under the "User Interface Options" sections on the right side, make sure "optimize for Compatibility" is selected, if not, select it & then click OK

5. Close Word & try opening Smart Docs again.
