Argos is an enterprise reporting tool that allows end-users to access and extract information from Banner. The application can be accessed on our network or from VPN. The tool allows you to run ad-hoc queries as well as advanced analytics. Through Argos you will have the ability to generate reports in multiple formats including PDF, TXT, and CSV.
- Access to Argos is granted from Data Custodians through Softdocs Etrieve Form Request for Student and/or Finance .

- For a new Argos report please submit a Software Services Request in this application
Argos Tips and Tricks:
To filter on a report:
- click the gear icon in the lower left hand corner of the results window
- Click on Filter
- To filter by account for example select ACCT contains 530400 and click the + icon
- You can filter by multiple items by repeating step 5 with different fields
- Click Apply
- You can also export this result set to a CSV from here by clicking on Export all to CSV
- To remove the filter click on Filter again and the X next to the item and apply
- Note: Some reports were written with separate Reports under the Reports icon and some will need to be exported using this gear icon
