Add Address book entries to a Konica Minolta Multifunction Printer

In order to add address book entries to a KM MFP you'll first have to get its IP address from the sticker on the front of the device, the device interface or your System Administrator.

Once you have that IP, open your browser of choice and add the IP to the address bar.  Once you hit go you should be greeted with a page that looks like this or similar:

Click on the Administrator radio button then click login.

You'll be greeted with a screen that looks like this or slimilar:

Contact your systems administrator for the administrator password for your device.

Once logged in, you'll be greeted by a page that looks like this or similar:

Click on Store Addresses

You will see a screen that looks like this or similar:

Click on New Registration

Put the name and username of the new registration in the appropriate fields.

Then select the index drop down and select the correct section of the alphabet, based on your new registration.

Click OK

Then click on return if you're finished inputting new addresses or continue registration if you have more to do.

Once you're done click Logout button at the top right of the screen.​​​​​​​
