What do I do if I receive an error message that says "Service Invocation Failed" in Banner?
Answer
When trying to run a search (i.e. SPAIDEN, TSAAREV, SFAREGS, etc.) you might receive the following error message that says "Service Invocation Failed". This may be caused by a connectivity issue between your computer's web browser and the Banner server.
- Log out of Banner by clicking the logout icon on the left hand side of the application
- Click Log out in the next pop up window
- Log back into CAS and Banner
