How to remove LCC WiFi from Windows if you aren't getting a username/password prompt anymore.
1. Click on the Start Button in the lower left of the screen (or press the start button on the keyboard) and click on the Gear icon to go to settings
2. In Settings Click on Network & Internet
3. On the left pane, click on Wi-Fi
4. On the right pane, click on Manage Known Networks
5. Find LCC Wifi in the list and click on the forget button (you can also do this to any networks you no longer use/need)
6. Close out of settings and click on the wifi symbol in the lower right of the screen to list the available Wifi networks & click on LCC Wifi (Check Connect automatically) & then connect
7. Put in your Credentials (username: name before the @ in your email. Example is smithb, if your name was Bob Smith then your password)
(DO NOT check the box to use windows account) & then OK
You may have to Click OK/Connect once more (sometimes this appears, sometimes it doesn't), go ahead and click it.
It may say "connected, no internet" wait about 10-15 seconds and it should change again to connected.
