Adobe Creative Cloud for Staff and Faculty

IT will need to crate an Adobe account for you, if you don't already have one. You will need to be sure to use your @lanecc.edu email account, any other email will not work. This is now required for all Adobe software licensed through the college. You should receive an email from Adobe, this may go straight into your spam folder.  Please follow the instructions to setup your account. Adobe assumes you already have an account and password setup, use your Lane email address and the "forgot password" option. Set the password of your Adobe account to match your Expresslane for ease of remembering, we will not have the ability to lookup your Adobe password for you.

When you are on campus and connected to a network cable or LCCWifi, the Adobe applications are available through Zenworks. If it doesn't seem to be working an you're on Wifi, please verify that you are NOT connected to LaneGuest. If you have opened any office product, or run any Adobe product in your current session, please restart your computer before following the directions below:

Look for this Zenworks icon on your taskbar near the clock:   - left click it and look for Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat Pro in the window that opens. Adobe Creative Cloud gives you access to all Adobe applications, but most people just need Acrobat Pro, so install Adobe Creative Cloud only if you need something other than Acrobat Pro.

While connected to the college network, (wired, LCC WiFi or VPN) double click the icon to install the application.  Once it installs, if you need additional Adobe software, start the Adobe Creative Cloud app from your desktop and log into it with your adobe account credentials to install the Adobe software that you need.

If you are not on campus, you can go to Adobe.com and download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud from their website directly. It is licensed for staff to use from home and on personal computers. You can log in to 2 workstations at any time and if you happen to log in to a 3rd instance then it will present a dialog asking which other computer you would like to log out of.

At this point, you should now be able to install any of the applications that are present in Adobe Creative Cloud.

If you run into any trouble, please reach out to the IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@lanecc.edu or 541-463-4444.
