1. DocuSign Access for LCC Employees
All active employees at Lane Community College have access to DocuSign. This access is provided to facilitate secure electronic signatures for college documents.
- Default Privileges: Upon logging in, all employees are granted document sender privileges. This allows you to send documents for signature.
- Template Access: You will also have access to any DocuSign templates that have been shared with your account or organization-wide.
2. How to Log In to DocuSign
Lane Community College uses Microsoft authentication for DocuSign, providing a seamless and secure login experience.
- Navigate to the DocuSign Login Page:
- Select "Use Company Login":
- On the DocuSign login page, look for an option like "Use Company Login", "Continue with Company Login", or "SSO (Single Sign-On)". Click this option.
- Enter Your LCC Email Address:
- You will be prompted to enter your organizational email address. Enter your full Lane Community College email address (e.g.,
yourusername@lanecc.edu
).
- DocuSign should then redirect you to the Microsoft login page.
- Authenticate with Your MyLane Password:
- On the Microsoft login page, enter your MyLane password.
- If prompted, complete any multi-factor authentication (MFA) steps. You will have the option to Skip Setup but MFA will be required in the future.
- Access DocuSign:
- Once authenticated, you will be redirected to your DocuSign account dashboard.
- Profile Information:
If you had an account prior to the College wide adoption of Docusign, you may have multiple profiles. You can manage your Account profile by selecting your initials in the top right hand corner and select "My Preferences" then select "Carahsoft OBO Lane Community College" and set as the default.
3. Requesting Additional DocuSign Privileges
Your default access allows you to send documents and use shared templates. If you require advanced capabilities, such as:
- Creating new DocuSign templates.
- Accessing templates from a specific department or group that are not currently visible to you.
You will need to open a ticket with IT to request these additional privileges. Please provide a clear description of your needs in the ticket.
