How to use the online help desk

First, select your helpdesk -

  • SHeD: Student support (any topic)
  • ATC: Teaching and learning support
  • ITHD: IT HelpDesk

Next, access support -
  • Knowledgebase: Search or browse the topics
  • Live Chats: Click the green [live help] button on the left to chat with an agent
  • Submit a ticket: Let us know what your problem is! We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
