Steps to Request Access to the Banner Student Module
Requests are to be made by the manager of the employee and the manager can follow these steps:
1. From Lanecc.edu click on the Employees tab
2. Scroll down to Tools and Resources
3. Click on Banner Access Requests under the Work/Help Requests section
5. The form should be completed by the manager and sent electronically to
BannerStudentModuleAccess@lanecc.edu
6. The form will be tracked as received, reviewed for any clarifying questions back to the manager and the employee will be contacted to arrange training and/or to be notified of the status of their access request
