1. If you are getting a grey screen in Eaglesoft instead of showing operatory screen
2. Click on the File menu then Show Operatory (grey screen=no check mark next to it)
3. Click on Show operatory to put the check mark there & the clinical view is back
4. You are done & can now use the clinical view as normal.
NOTE: This is a per computer setting & won't affect any other operatory chair/computer, but does affect all Eaglesoft users that log in.
