Over time, your browser stores information like cached files and browsing history to help web pages load faster. However, this data can sometimes cause issues with website functionality or prevent new changes from appearing. Clearing your cache and history can often resolve these issues.
Follow the steps below to clear your cache and history in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
Google Chrome

Open Chrome.

Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner.

Select Settings.

Scroll down and click Privacy and security.

Click Clear browsing data.

In the pop-up window:

Choose a Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time)

Check the boxes for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files

Click Clear data
Microsoft Edge
-
Open Edge.
-
Click the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner.

Select Settings.
-
Click Privacy, search, and services from the left menu.

Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
-
Select a Time range.
-
Check Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.

Click Clear now
Mozilla Firefox
-
Open Firefox.
-
Click the three horizontal lines (≡) in the upper-right corner.

Select Settings.
-
Click Privacy & Security in the left menu.
-
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
-
Click Clear Data.
-
Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.

Click Clear

To clear browsing history:
Safari (Mac Only)
-
Open Safari.
-
Click Safari in the top menu bar and select Settings or Preferences.

Go to the Privacy tab.
-
Click Manage Website Data.
-
To remove all data, click Remove All, then confirm by clicking Remove Now.

To clear browsing history:
Windows System / Internet Explorer (IE)
-
Press the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys all at once.

- On the pop-up window check the boxes for:
- On Windows 10 check the following boxes.
- Preserve Favorites website data
- Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies and website data

- On Windows 11 Check the following boxes
- Browsing & Download History
- Cookies and Site Data
- Temporary cached files and pages
