Reset Microsoft Office when experiencing licensing issues

Make sure you are logged out of all Office apps and that they are all completely closed out.  Launch the "Manager" app from the applications folder, (do not sign in) Click on Self Service, then from the left side menu, click on "My Apps", Scroll down to 
Microsoft Office Factory Reset" and click on "Install".  Once that has ran, you can close the manager app and try relaunching Microsoft Office apps again, but do not sign in.
