First, remove devices from USB port

Windows

  1. Verify

    • Try connecting to lanecc.edu

      • If it works, you are connected.

  2. Troubleshoot

    • If it did not connect to lanecc.edu, you should have been redirected to ise.lanecc.edu.

      • If you are successfully redirected, do NOT bookmark ise.lanecc.edu. Depending on how your wifi is connected, this URL could take you to different places, so it's safest to access ise.lanecc.edu by redirect from lanecc.edu.

  3. Check Connection

    •  Click the internet icon on the right side of the taskbar.

      • If not connected, connect to LCC Guest.

      • If connected, Open Network and Sharing Center.

        1. Change adapter settings.

        2. Right click Wireless Network Connection > Properties.

        3. Click Internet Protocol Version 6 > Properties.

        4. Make sure Obtain DNS server address automatically is checked.
