I am a new student. How do I complete the New Student Academic Advising Session online by using Moodle?
I am an active student and I am still having problems. Where can I go to troubleshoot my Moodle login?
Moodle is an online course management system where students can access course materials. Your instructor may also use Moodle in more interactive ways which will require your input, like discussions, quizzes, and assignment drop-boxes. You may also be asked to use more advanced tools such as wikis, databases and podcasts. Your instructor will explain how to use these.

If you are a new student, or you have been inactive, it may take a couple days after registereing again before you can log into Moodle.Follow the troubleshooting listed on this knowledgebase article: Can't Log Into Moodle It is defaulted to show you all of the courses available on Moodle at Lane. This is to show you all the available courses and lets you view courses that allow guest access. Do not worry about this, it does not mean you are registered for any of these classes. Once you are registered for courses, you will be able to see My Courses link at the right top of the Moodle home page. You will not be able to see your classes until the term starts, if the term has started already then contact the Student Help Desk.
You can do so by using the guest log in. The following knowledgebase article can walk you through the steps: New Student Academic Advising Session Online Directions
