What do I do if my myLane is not working?

If your myLane does not seem to be working the first thing you should do is go to ExpressLane, which can be accessed via the main Lane Community College website, https://www.lanecc.edu/ or by going directly to the page, https://crater.lanecc.edu/banp/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin.

ExpressLane allows you to access the same functions as myLane in the event that myLane malfunctions. ExpressLane can also be used even when myLane is functioning properly.

How do I access ExpressLane through lanecc.edu? 

The second way ExpressLane can be accessed is through the Lane Community College website, https://www.lanecc.edu/. Once at the site, click on the Employees tab. Then under the Tools and Resources Section you should click on the link labeled Banners for Staff. From there you should be taken to a screen titled ExpressLane/Banner (For Lane employees only). Under the title, click on the top link titled ExpressLane login. From there you should be taken to a login screen where you can input your L number and chosen password.
