Trouble Seeing Your A1- Keys to Success Course in Moodle

Description: How to get access to the A1-Keys to success course if you have already been enrolled into them, but do not see it on your Moodle.

Trouble Seeing Your A1- Keys to Success Course in Moodle

If you have already been signed up for the A1-Keys to Success course to remove a hold and do not see it when you log into Moodle follow the steps below.

  1. Go to myLane/myEnrollment/When Can I Register and click on the link that says "Click here to reapply"
  2. It will take a day or two to activate your admissions status. When it is reactivated the Alert 1 online Keys to Success course will show up on your Moodle page. Open it and carefully follow all instructions to successfully complete it and remove the Alert 1.
  3. Go to the following link to sign up for the Alert 2 in-person Keys to Success workshop - https://www.lanecc.edu/counseling/keys-success-workshop
