When and How to Request a Refund from TitanPrint


You can receive a refund for printing errors that are beyond your control. Examples:

  • Print job did not print after being released from the printer
  • Poor print quality (too light, smeared, fuzzy, unreadable, etc)
  • Printer jam

You cannot receive a refund for printing errors that are in your control. Examples:

  • Printed double-sided but wanted single-sided (or vice-versa)
  • Printed black and white but wanted color (or vice-versa)
  • Pages not formatted correctly
  • Incorrect font type
  • Spelling/grammar errors

Step-by-step guide on how to request a refund on TitanPrint

  1. Log into TitanPrint (titanprint.lanecc.edu) with your L number and password.
  2. Go to Recent Print Jobs.
  3. Locate the failed document(s).
  4. Click request refund.
  5. Select either a full refund or a partial refund.
  6. In the space provided, explain your printing error.
  7. Click Send.
