Reserve Library Study Rooms

Description: There are private study rooms in the library and around the Learning Commons, that are available for reservation to any Lane student with an L number. These rooms can be used for collaborative group study, for academic purposes.

Study Rooms in the Library and the Learning Commons

Study Rooms in the Library

-Students are able to reserve a study room for up to two hours daily, and are able to make a reservation up to one week in advance. Rooms vary from supporting 1 to 12 students at a time. 
-Students must have a G Suite account in order to reserve a study room.  Students without a G Suite account (non-credit, etc.) will still be able to reserve a study room by calling the circulation desk or by coming into the library and visiting the circulation desk.

NOTE: Students and patrons must abide by the Study Room Policy.

To reserve one of the study rooms:

  1. Visit the URL: 
  2. Select desired study room, then select "Reserve"
  3. Select the desired date from the calendar 
  4. Select the desired time boxes by selecting your time slots in consecutive order (up to 2 hours)
  5. Read the "terms and conditions" and select: "I have read and agree" located at the bottom
  6. Fill out the web form with your information
  7. Select: "Submit my booking"
  8. In order to finish your reservation you must confirm the booking via the email you provided within 15 minutes of receiving it, or your booking will be auto-cancelled.

Study Rooms in the Learning Commons (3rd Floor)

Rooms on the 3rd Floor outside of the library are open and do not require a reservation. If the room is locked, ask for assistance inside the library at the Circulation Desk.
