Print from Chrome using the Library Macs (iOS)

Not to be confused with Print from Firefox using the Library Macs (iOS)


Printing & Options

Standard printing from every computer in the Library is:

  • on 8.5"x11" white paper
  • 2-sided (prints on front and back of paper)
  • 'Standard' print quality
  • Portrait orientation
  • Black & white ($0.07/page)

To print, first click on File near the top left of your screen. A drop down menu will appear. Then select Print... and the pop-up pictured below will appear.

(The keyboard shortcut to print is to hold the 'command' key and press the 'P' key. )



Printers will auto-detect color ($0.25/page); if you wish to print your color document in greyscale, you must choose that option from the print popup window.


   If you wish to change the paper orientation or print quality, click the 'Print using system dialog...' link and the pop-up pictured below will appear.

 




Click the drop down menu currently displaying 'Layout' if you wish to change the print quality, and then select 'Xerox Features' and the pop-up will change to reveal a Print Quality setting.




After you select your settings, click the blue 'Print' button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up and another pop-up will appear. 




Enter your L# and password.  Click the 'Continue' button.

The document is now in queue.  Proceed to a Print Release Station where you can sign in with your L# and password to finalize the print.
      At this point, payment will be deducted from your TitanPrint account.
