How to Change Your Security Questions In myLane

  • Step 1: Click the "Change Security Questions" link under the "Personal Information" at the right of the screen.


  • Step 2: Enter your PIN (password) in the "Please Confirm your PIN" text box.


  • Step 3: Select your first security question from the drop-down menu, enter the answer, and click "Submit."


  • Step 4: Select your second security question from the drop-down menu, enter the answer, and click "Submit."


  • Step 5The following message will appear if everything was done correctly.
