How to Gain Access to Classes That Are No Longer in Your Moodle

Moodle courses that you have taught in the past academic year remain in your list of courses in the Hidden Courses section at the bottom of your Moodle dashboard.  Anything older than that is saved as a Moodle backup file in our OFFLINE archives.  The archives include all courses back through Summer term of 2012.

If you want access to a course in the archives, email the following information to
  • course name and CRN (if known)
  • year and term
  • instructor name
Or complete our online form!

Please also let us know if you need student work and grades included. If you simply want to retrieve the course material, this is NOT necessary.

We will restore it and notify you. It will show up in your Hidden Courses on your Moodle Dashboard at the bottom as a link.
