Welcome to the online IT Help Desk.  This site provides convenient online support to Lane employees for all supported network, hardware, email, and information technology.

We have many resources to help you find solutions to any of your technical problems:

  • First, you can check the "Knowledgebase" to find articles giving answers to common questions.
  • If you want immediate help, click the "Live Support" link on the left side of this page to chat with a Help Desk rep.  We are available from 8AM - 5PM every work day.
  • If we are not available, or if you need additional help, you can register with us above and "Submit a Ticket".  We will refer your ticket to the right person and track it to make sure your issue gets resolved.
  • If you want to talk to us in person, drop by the IT Help Desk on the first floor of Building 2.

The Administrative Knowledge Base Has Moved to

  • still contains the Employee-IT and Faculty-ATC categories.  Access this knowledgebase by clicking on the [Knowledgebase] button above.

  • The LCC admins' knowledgebase, containing articles of interest to Lane's administrtive professionals, has been moved.  Access this knowledgebase by clicking on the [Admin K-Base] button above.
