MyLane - Help Reset My Password/PIN

Description: How to change your passoword.
NOTICE: If you don't know your password and have never set up your security questions then you'll need to contact Enrollment Services. They will reset your password for you and send you an email with a temporary password that will get you into MyLane. Once in MyLane you can then change the password to one of your choosing and you can also set up your security questions. Enrollment Services contact info: http://www.lanecc.edu/es/contactus.html
Step 1: On the MyLane login page, click the link "Having problems logging in? Click here."
Step 2: In the window that pops up, click the link "Forgot Password/Pin."
Step 3: Click the link to go to ExpressLane (https://crater.lanecc.edu/banp/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin).
Step 4: Enter your entire L# as your User ID and click "Forgot Pin?".
Step 5: Answer your 1st security question and click "Submit Answer."
Step 6: Answer your 2nd security question and click "Submit Answer."
Step 7: Enter your new PIN (must be between 12-16 characters). Re-enter your new PIN to verify it. Click Reset PIN.
