NOTICE: If you don't know your password and have never set up your security questions then you'll need to contact Enrollment Services.

They will reset your password for you and send you an email with a temporary password that will get you into MyLane. Once in MyLane you can then change the password to one of your choosing and you can also set up your security questions.

When logged into MyLane you can change your security questions by following the instructions below.

Step 1: To choose your two security questions enter your pin, choose Question #1 from the drop-down menu, enter your Answer, and click Submit.

Step 2: Choose Question #2 from the drop-down menu, enter your Answer, and click Submit.
